Abstract: This work examines the issue of ensuring adequacy in the assessment of an individual's human capital, which can be carried out within an organization or a certain industry. In general, the problem of increasing the human capital of the firm can be considered as a problem of dynamic programming described by a system of integral equations. When determining the components of human capital (integral function), not so much the reputation of a person is considered, but the economic efficiency of his activity according to the system of Key Performance Indicators, which correspond to the position of the person, and as a managerial influence - remuneration.
