Abstract: In the article, the author considers various methods of motivating company employees with the help of marketing tricks. Depending on the hierarchical structure in the enterprise, and their author singles out three, various free benefits are used to motivate employees to work. In the article, the author also suggests that every company develop at least three motivation sets and gives their examples: they will help the company to raise the level of employee engagement.
