Abstract: The thesis of the report deals with the features of companies interaction in the conditions of the digital economy. The impact of digitalization processes on the economy as a whole and the advantages of developing interaction via the Internet and digital services and platforms in modern conditions are considered. The positive aspects of in-company interaction based on digital platforms, which allow the formation of competitive advantages in the process of creating value for the consumer and new communications with other business entities in the conditions of the unpredictability of the external environment, have been identified.
