| Abstract: | The place of information technologies in obtaining competitive advantages by companies was studied. The factors affecting the implementation of IT projects were singled out. The essence was revealed and the features of IT projects were highlighted. For a better understanding, the results of the analysis of the most common methodologies, techniques and approaches to IT project management were briefly presented. |
