Abstract: The socially responsible activity of the enterprise is difficult to measure and, as a result, diagnose. The main method of evaluating the results of enterprise activity in the aspect of social responsibility is expert evaluation. The disadvantage of this method is a high level of subjectivity and intuitiveness. The indicated actual problem determined the purpose of the study - to develop such an approach to evaluating the results of the enterprises' activities in the aspect of social responsibility, which would allow to involve experts only at the stage of formalization of social responsibility norms, and the actual level of fulfillment of these norms should be calculated not by expert means, but on the basis of objective data on the company's activities. In order to fulfill the set goal, the work developed an approach to evaluating the socially responsible activities of the enterprise based on the application of the goal tree method. A procedure for building and quantitative analysis of a tree of social responsibility goals is proposed, which involves taking into account: 1) expert assessments of social responsibility norms; 2) objective data on compliance with social responsibility norms at the analyzed enterprise; 3) expert evaluations of the company's capabilities to comply with these standards; 4) values of parameters of the external environment that affect these capabilities. The procedure of construction and quantitative analysis of the tree of social responsibility goals is demonstrated on the example of the printing industry. The proposed approach makes it possible to evaluate the social results of the company's activity, to analyze "bottlenecks" and external limitations in the aspect of social responsibility, as well as to formulate the task of weakening external limitations on the company's ability to fulfill the norms of social responsibility. This will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the decision-making process for managing the results of the company's socially responsible activities
