Abstract: The article presents an analysis that showed the lack of scientific and methodological apparatus, universal devices or automated software packages to ensure the prompt implementation of traffic analysis and information transfer to automated systems or relevant specialists. A new developed method is proposed to ensure the prompt implementation of traffic analysis and information about situations that are suspicious and require further detailed analysis by automated systems or relevant specialists. The developed method allows to carry out operative (real-time) informing of responsible specialists, or transfer of necessary data to the automated complex, about deviation of character of traffic from network elements (separate telephone numbers, number capacities, trunk groups, etc.) which is fixed in primary data. Deviations, the nature of traffic from the elements of network parameters are measured from the usual traffic of the telephone network relative to these elements. This method has a methodology that takes into account practical recommendations for constant coefficients, calculations. These coefficients are selected by calculation and empirical. This reduces the response of the system using the developed technique to the deviation of the communication parameters.
