| Abstract: | Are considered a method for derivation of electric filds in the lower ionosphere from measurements with a partial reflection facility in the midlatitudinal ionospheric D-region during to some disturbances in the lower ionosphere. Розглянуто метод визначення електричних полів в нижній іоносфері за вимірюваннями за допомогою техніки часткових відбиттів в среднеширотной ионосферной D-області під час деяких збурень в нижній іоносфері. Рассмотрен метод определения электрических полей в нижней ионосфере по измерениям с помощью техники частичных отражений в среднеширотной ионосферной D-области во время некоторых возмущений в нижней ионосфере. |
