| Abstract: | The implementation of innovative activities allows an enterprise to gain such important, today, competitive advantages. For this purpose it is necessary to understand the ways by which innovation activity can be improved, which includes: identification of enterprise problems; implementation of the innovation process; organization of innovation activity. Everything that exists and becomes obsolete must be systematically improved as it hinders on the way to progress. It is obligatory to take into account previous mistakes and failures. |
