Theoretical aspects of controlling as a component of an effective system of management of enterprises in the globalization conditions

Abstract

The theoretical aspects of the control process, namely the application of the controlling, were investigated. It was noted that the management structure, methods, and mechanisms of interaction between units should be constructed in such a way as to provide a solution to the main problems of enterprise development, as well as the creation and implementation of a long-term success strategy in dynamic conditions of a highly competitive environment. It is controlling that takes the company's management to a whole new level, integrating, coordinating, and directing the activities of various services and departments of the enterprise to achieve operational and strategic goals. In the monograph was highlighted the importance of using controlling in an unstable economic environment, to which we can relate the national economy when achieving high-level competitiveness and long-term market preferences become possible because of quick and effective management solution. The theoretical and practical aspects of using controlling as a modern concept of effective management were generalized by the author. It was concluded that the functioning of this system is aimed at generating a certain amount of information that allows the government to make optimal management decisions and thereby prevent crises in the enterprise. From this point of view, the problems of improving the efficiency of enterprise management should be considered and solved in close interconnection at the macro and micro levels.
