| Abstract: | The approaches to the effectiveness of joint-stock company management were systematized on the basis of targeted, systemic, internal organizational and competitive approaches. The effectiveness of enterprise management in the corporate governance system as a balance of interests of participants of corporate relations is determined and substantiated. An analysis of the application of corporate governance ratings to evaluate corporate performance has been conducted. |
